Social Media Campaigns: Organizations use platforms like Facebook and Instagram to share updated information, personal stories, and resources related to mental health.

Awareness Events: Hosting events during Mental Health Awareness Months such as mental health walks, conferences, or seminars to educate the local community about mental health issues and reduce stigma.

Educational Programs:

School Programs: In collaboration with Beyond the Vision we are working on having Workshops and presentations in schools to educate students, teachers, and parents about mental health, stress management, and coping strategies.

Workplace Training:

Providing mental health training for employers and employees to create a supportive work environment and reduce workplace stress.

A Safe place: Establishing safe places that individuals can go to  for immediate support during a mental health crisis.

Information Portals: Creating and maintaining online platforms with information on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-help resources.

Webinars: Mental health Awareness months. Hosting online events to share expert knowledge, personal stories, and practical advice.

Art and Expression Programs: Coming soon to the Happy Place in Tassia and Laikipia, Kenya. Plans to have Art Therapy: Providing opportunities for individuals to express themselves through art as a form of therapeutic intervention.

Creative Outlets: Promoting creative activities, such as writing, music, and drama, as tools for emotional expression and healing.
